Rose Mary Davis

Rose Mary Davis, 59, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025, in Temple. Rose Mary's family will be honoring her life by gathering together to enjoy the things she held dear, the beach, and her family.

A native of Waco, Rose Mary was born November 8th, 1965, to the late Cecil Garcia Rodriguez, Sr. and Mary Lopez Rodriguez. She attended Waco ISD schools and raised her family in the area. Rose Mary worked for numerous years at Mardel Christian Bookstore, cherishing the numerous friends she made while working there. In 2022, Rose Mary went to work for Amazon as a Fulfillment Associate, where she again made long lasting friendships and worked until her passing. Rose Mary's happy place was at the beach as long as her family, especially her grandkids, were with her. Her family was her passion, and they will greatly miss her presence.

 Rose Mary was preceded in death by her parents Cecil, Sr. and Mary Rodriguez; and her brother, Cecil Garcia Rodriguez, Jr.

Rose Mary is survived by her children, Tara Young and her husband, Drew, David Normandin and his wife, Stephanie and Kiara Myers and her husband, Jason; her sister, Mary Ann Springer; and her adoring grandkids, Alissa Mayfield, Jacob O'Connor, Annzlee Young, Amara Young, Ava Young, Zayvid Normandin, Raeleigh Normandin Jaxon Mcovy, and Cinch and Dalie Myers; along with numerous other loving family members and friends.
