Tomasa Quinones Contreras of Waco passed away peacefully at home Saturday, July 9, 2016. The Rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 18, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 20, at Oakwood Cemetery. Tomasa was born March 6, 1924, in Asa, Texas, to Raymond and Maria Quinones. Tomasa has been a lifelong member of St. Francis Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe P. Contreras; and two sons, Joe Montoya and Thomas Contreras, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Wiseman; three sons, Jesus Montoya, Johnny Montoya and Ruben Montoya; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
