WILSON, WARREN Warren G. Wilson, age 79, of Waco died Tuesday, February 5, 2002 at a local hospital. Services will be held at 11:30AM Saturday, February 9 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with Rev. Michael Patterson officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be 6:00-8:00PM Friday, February 8 at the funeral home. Mr. Wilson was born September 21, 1922 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He was a graduate of Wagoner High School. He married Peggy Wright September 21, 1953 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was a W.W.II Air Force Veteran. Mr. Wilson retired from the Defense Department after 40 years of service. He was a member of American Legion Post 121 and Western heights Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who never met a stranger in his life. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Wilson of Waco, daughter, Susan Wilson Cobb of Hewitt, sons, Chris Wilson and wife, Karen of Hewitt, Gary Wilson of Waco, grandchildren, Jonathan and Kendall Wilson, and nieces and nephew. Pallbearers will be George Anderson, Tom Kopicki, Ray Leibengood, Curtis Kilgore, Paul Scardaville, and John Moran. WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY
