JACKSON, WILLIAM E. BILL William E. Bill Jackson, age 61, of Waco died Monday, May 20, 2002 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 3:30PM Wednesday, May 22 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 1124 Washington Ave. Mr. Jackson was born May 18, 1941 in Galveston to Emmett and Eleanor Manthei Jackson. He served in the U. S. Navy and was a 32nd Degree Mason. Survivors include wife, Judy Jackson of Waco; mother, Eleanor McMakin of McGregor; daughters, Tammy Garrett and husband, Jerry of Groesbeck and Ella Jackson Kingrey of Valley Mills; and grandchildren, Brandi Kay Kingrey, Bryant Adam Coleman, and Heath Colton Coleman.
